PNA (Professional Nursing Assistant) Program
What is the PNA program?
It is a paid internship from May to August to encourage learning opportunities for nursing students through hands on experiences under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Who is it for?
This is a program designed for junior nursing students who will be entering into their senior year at a NLN accredited nursing school.
When and how should I apply?
You should send in the attached brochure and references no later than March 1st. You will also need to visit our website and apply online to the PNA position sometime in the month of February.
GN (Graduate Nurse) Program
- What is the GN Program?
A 12 week orientation which includes classroom based education, unit specific on line core curriculum, an assigned preceptor and clinical educator to your specific unit, and frequent meetings with your nurse manger.
- Who is it for?
A graduate nurse from a NLN accredited nursing skill who has no prior Registered Nurse experience and has either taken their boards or not taken their boards.
- When and how should I apply?
You should apply online to any 1 Registered Nurse position available on our website 2 months prior to graduation. You should also send a cover letter (including your top 3 choices) resume, and 2 professional references to the e-mail listed below.
