Decompression Rooms

Rest. Recharge. Refuel.

That’s why we’ve introduced decompression rooms across our network. These rooms are designed to give you a “time out” from the challenges you’re facing day after day. They will feature things like calming music, massage chairs, light refreshments, stress handouts, prayer cards, and games.

These rooms are open 24/7 — all you have to do is let your manager know and then take 15 minutes or so to recharge. To truly disconnect and take a moment to yourself, we ask that you leave your cell phone, pager, or personal device in your unit.
