Weekend traffic restrictions planned near AGH, AHN Cancer Institute Academic Center site
Starting Friday, Jan. 18, weekend traffic restrictions will be in place for a portion of East North Avenue near Allegheny General Hospital.

North Avenue down Cedar Avenue and around Allegheny Commons, while westbound ambulances will be re-routed down James Street, to Hemlock Street, then to Sandusky Street.
Flaggers and signage will be posted per the attached traffic control plan. All normal traffic patterns resume from Monday, Jan. 21 to Friday evening, Jan. 25.
The same traffic restrictions and detours will be in place from Jan. 25, starting at 7 p.m., through 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27.
