Allegheny Health Network’s STAR Offers Free CPR Classes Feb. 10 at Bloomfield, Monroeville, Canonsburg Sites

PITTSBURGH – Become a heart saver for Valentine’s Day! The STAR Center at Allegheny Health Network, EMS Training and Coordination at Allegheny Health Network, Forbes Hospital Prehospital Services and Canonsburg Hospital Prehospital Services will offer free two-hour “Friends and Family CPR and AED” classes throughout the day on Feb. 10.
The classes will take place in the STAR Center, located inside the West Penn Hospital School of Nursing building at 4900 Friendship Ave. in Pittsburgh’s Bloomfield neighborhood, Forbes Hospital Learning Center 3 & 4, Canonsburg Hospital McNary Conference Center.
The two-hour course will be offered beginning each hour, with the first course starting at 9 a.m. and the last at 1 p.m. at the STAR Center, first course starting at 9 a.m. and the last at 11 a.m at Forbes Hospital, first course starting at 9 a.m. and the last at 12 p.m. at Canonsburg Hospital.
