AHN Saint Vincent announces elegant new evening event related to Festival of Trees
Thursday, November 14, 2019
AHN Saint Vincent’s Festival of Trees has historically been a holiday favorite for kids and families, but, this year, the hospital is introducing an additional new event related to Festival that is designed just for adults – Festival after Dark.
The event, set for Saturday, November 30, 2019, from 7 to 11 p.m., will take place at the Bayfront Convention Center, where Festival of Trees is held, utilizing the virtual forest of Christmas trees as a backdrop to a more elegant, adult-oriented event.
It will feature dancing in the Gallery of Trees, hors d’oeuvres, a bar, and more holiday fun.
The event, reserved for those over age 21, will feature music by DJ John Gallagher.
Festival after Dark will give a new meaning to the term “Christmas Spirit,” offering spirit tastings by Five and 20, Mazza Wine, the Bourbon Barrel and Erie Distillery.
“For decades, Festival of Trees was designed with the little ones in mind, but Festival after Dark will focus on the grown-ups, giving them a chance to get their sparkle on during the holiday season,” said Christine Bowen Executive Director of Development at Saint Vincent. “And it will take place in the most beautiful holiday environment in the region.”
Tickets are $45 each or $80 for two tickets. To order, go to www.supportahn.org/festival-after-dark. Deadline for purchase is November 22.
Festival of Trees is set for November 29, 30 and December 1.
