Jefferson Hospital Hosts 5th Annual Light-Up Night Celebration
Wednesday, November 29, 2017
Jefferson Hospital, part of Allegheny Health Network (AHN), kicks off the holiday season in style with a night of caroling, cocoa, cookies, and, of course, Santa Claus himself. Holiday music will be provided by the Thomas Jefferson High School Brass Ensemble and kids will be treated to a souvenir ornament. Two volunteers with more than 40 years of service at the hospital will do the honors of officially “flipping the switch” at 6:30 p.m. This marks the third year the hospital’s main lobby will feature a Community Christmas Tree decorated by local community leaders and adorned with ornaments representing their communities. Visitors also will have the chance to view a special video commemorating the hospital’s 40th anniversary.
