We deliver our services in some of Pennsylvania’s top sports performance facilities. We offer the latest in strength training, conditioning, rehabilitation and recovery equipment, such as free weights and kettlebells. AHN is also home to advanced sports performance technologies, including an anti-gravity treadmill, dynavision visumotor system, cryo sauna chamber, vibration therapy machines, and sequential air compression recovery boots.

AHN’s sports performance services include:
- Recovery services: We offer services such as assisted stretching along with wearable technologies that promote muscle recovery. Individual athletes and high school sports teams use these services to bounce back faster after pushing their limits. Get more information about our recovery services.

- Training for young athletes: Our sports performance academy helps young baseball and softball players improve their skills. - Physical Therapy: Our physical therapists are direct-access certified, which means they can treat an athlete without a physician’s prescription or referral for up to 30 days. This direct access saves the patient time by having the injury evaluated and triaged faster, helping athletes get back in the game as quickly as possible.
