Sports Performance Academy
The Sports Performance Academy at AHN Sports Complex at Cool Springs provides baseball and softball players with the opportunity to strengthen their skills with the help of elite professional and collegiate-level trainers.
The 9,300-square-foot training space includes:
- Four 35-foot hitting cages
- A 70-foot pitching tunnel along with three mounds (two adult-sized and one youth-sized), turf space, sliding mats, and more.
With a 16-foot-high ceiling, enclosed by netting, athletes can hit and throw freely. The facility’s open design with significant natural light further sets it apart from others in the region.
Also unique to the Academy are the additional resources available to participating athletes through AHN’s Sports Performance and sports medicine programs which are also housed at the Allegheny Sports Complex.
