Contact us if you have high cholesterol or triglyceride levels and any of the following statements are true:

  1. I have a family history of heart attacks or stroke before age 55.
  2. I have already had a heart attack or stroke, or I have peripheral arterial disease (PAD).
  3. I have not had success with statin medication therapy.
  4. I need assistance making effective lifestyle changes to my diet and/or exercise routine.
  5. I have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease and need help managing my cholesterol.
