Work-life balance

The ID-CCM curriculum is structured to provide a quality clinical training experience, but allows sufficient time for meaningful social interactions with friends and family outside of work.

There are also regularly scheduled division retreats, holiday gatherings, and other social outings to which all members of administration, clinical faculty, and ancillary staff are invited. While we strive to provide an optimal training experience at the outset, we similarly welcome our fellows’ feedback to further improve our program. In all these ways, our fellows are valued and contributing members to the Allegheny Health Network ID-CCM family.
