Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Application Information
All applications are handled through the Electronic Residency Application Service® (ERAS®).
Once the application through ERAS is completed, our physicians review the applications to determine which applicants are offered interviews. Interviews will be held on January 9-10, 2026.
The application to the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program includes the following:
- Completed ERAS application
- Personal statement
- Transcript from your medical school
- Dean's letter
- Three letters of recommendation
- USMLE Board score
