Nursing at Grove City Hospital

About Grove City Hospital

AHN Grove City Hospital is a vital part of the Allegheny Health Network, serving the Grove City region with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. The hospital has earned national recognition for safety, receiving an “A” grade from the Leapfrog Group in its Fall 2023 survey. Founded in 1978, Grove City emerged from the merger of two predecessor organizations to meet the growing healthcare needs of Mercer County and its neighboring communities becoming a proud member of AHN in 2020.

Today, it operates as a 67-bed acute care facility, offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services including cancer care, cardiac care, general surgery, diagnostic imaging, lab services, and home health. It is also accredited as a Level IV Trauma Center, equipped to handle traumatic injuries 24/7. AHN Grove City serves a broad regional footprint that includes Mercer, Butler, and Venango counties, providing essential healthcare access to both urban and rural populations. The hospital maintains several outpatient clinics and lab sites throughout these areas, ensuring continuity of care close to home.
