Patient Care Concerns

If you or a loved one are, or have been, a patient in an AHN hospital and you believe we have not lived up to our patient care goals, please let us know. Contact the Patient Experience Team at the hospital where you received services by calling the appropriate phone number listed below and ask to be transferred to the Office of Patient Experience at that hospital. We will do everything possible to provide the support you need.
