The Process

Concierge Services

As an employer, your only task is to provide the AHN program manager a list of your executive team members. Next, each executive will receive a welcome packet, which includes a brief letter explaining the program, and medical history form to complete prior to the exam. This information is valuable in maximizing the benefits of the program. When the information has been received, your concierge will work directly with the executive, or their administrative assistant, to schedule their physical exam according to the executive’s availability and convenience. We will also coordinate any additional amenities or other personalized requests.

Executives are greeted by our concierge at the Wexford Health + Wellness Pavilion, escorted to a private area, with access to Wi-Fi and other conveniences, while they prepare to begin their diagnostic studies. Each executive will have a seamless experience while they are escorted throughout our state-of-the-art facility for customized services.

Each executive will have a full comprehensive physical examination and consultation with one of our dedicated physicians, at which time results and recommendations will be reviewed. A summary report, including lab results and recommendations will be forwarded within ten business days following the exam. Our dedicated team will assist with coordinating follow up with specialists or additional testing as required. Ongoing communication with the examining physician is available through our concierge team or through MyChart, our online patient portal.

The Executive Health and Wellness Program process may repeat annually to continually monitor and enhance the health of your executive leadership team. The protocols can be customized to meet the needs/wishes of the individual executive or organization.
