Scheduling an assessment
To provide optimal preventative measures, travelers should be evaluated up to several months prior to departure. We would appreciate having health information regarding prior immunizations, active illnesses, medication and allergies sent in advance of your visit to assist in our evaluation. All recommendations and plans will be coordinated with your physician.
