What if I have a question about my bill?

Our team is available to answer questions about your bill or financial assistance between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM weekdays. Pay your bill easily online or by using our MyChart app anytime.

Who do I talk to about general business items?

We’re available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays for non-urgent inquiries and corporate communications. We will respond to all relevant inquiries in a timely manner. If you require additional assistance please dial the main number from a location listed in our locations directory.

Please note, we are not able to respond to unsolicited sales pitches. AHN evaluates hundreds of proposals each year. In order for your request to reach the appropriate team for review, we ask that all proposals be submitted through the online proposal tool.

Media Inquiries

The AHN media relations team is available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays. After regular business hours, on weekends, and on holidays, members of the media can also call (412) 359-3131 and ask for the AHN media relations representative on-call.
