The AHN Primary Care Mobile Clinic has a comprehensive team that includes a provider, a project manager, a patient access coordinator, nurse or medical assistant, and a social worker.
We offer different specialties at the clinic on different days, so who you'll see depends on the clinic specialty for the day. You'll talk with several team members during your visit, including when you arrive and check in, get your vitals taken, and during your exam.
No matter what service we are providing, we are focused on creating a welcoming, patient-centered environment. If you come to the clinic and need a different level of care, our team will help schedule an appointment for you at another location and time that works for you.

The AHN Primary Care Mobile Clinic accepts walk-ins, but we recommend making an appointment before you visit the clinic. To make an appointment, email AHNMobileClinic@ahn.org.
We will bill all appointments to your insurance plan. If you don't have insurance, we offer financial assistance with AHN health care bills.
