Our residents are a diverse group, hailing from Pittsburgh or around the globe. Although each has a unique background and story to tell, what unites them is their intense commitment to learn while providing the best patient care possible.
Dr. Arwani attended medical school at University of Aleppo, Syria. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at AHN in June 2016 and is currently an Internal Medicine Chief Resident. After her chief year, she plans to pursue fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
Dr. Kudaravalli attended medical school at Kasturba Medical College Manipal in India. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at AHN in June 2016 and is currently an Internal Medicine Chief Resident with a special interest in Patient Safety and Quality Improvement. After her chief year, she plans to become a primary care physician.
Dr. Patton earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at AHN in June of 2017 and he plans on practicing primary care after his chief year.
Dr. Sleckman earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He plans on pursuing a career in primary care after his chief year.
