The new 104,000-square-foot structure on Saint Vincent’s campus will house a new emergency department and state-of-the-art operating suites. The new facility will extend from the Hardner Building at 2315 Myrtle Street to the north side of the hospital. The project part of AHN’s and Highmark Health’s $115 million Erie investment.

Located on the hospital’s fifth floor, the new Women and Infants Center will house labor and delivery, postpartum, gynecologic, breast, infant and neonatal intensive care services. The $9.5 million renovation will provide women and families with a beautiful care setting in state-of-the-art facility.

Westfield Memorial Hospital in New York, an affiliate of Saint Vincent Hospital opened its expanded and redesigned emergency department in April 2018. The new ED includes an expanded waiting room, a new ambulance vestibule, four new treatment rooms, a new trauma room, and new nursing stations.
