All applications are handled through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and should be received by September 15. Candidates can apply under the EMERGENCY SPORTS MEDICINE tab within ERAS. We accept applicants from the following ACGME-accredited residency programs: emergency medicine, internal medicine, physical medicine & rehabilitation and pediatrics.
The interview dates are Friday, November 6 & Friday, November 13, 2020. The fellowship program will not accept paper applications. The fellowship application must include the following:
- Completed application
- Personal statement
- Curriculum vitae
- Transcript from your medical school
- Dean's letter
- Three letters of recommendation
- USMLE or COMLEX Board Scores
If you are a graduate of a foreign medical school, you must also meet the following requirements:
- Eligible for J-1 visa
- ECFMG certification prior to interview
Once the application is received, our committee reviews the application and applies specific criteria to determine which applicants are offered interviews.
